Michael B. Smith has been practicing law in Pierce County since 1983. He is the City Attorney for the City of Fircrest, handling all civil and criminal matters facing the City, and the prosecuting attorney for the City of Ruston. Mike’s practice focuses on probate, guardian ad item appointments, real estate, guardianship, business law, civil litigation, and municipal law.
Mike is an active member of the Pierce County Community. He is a booster and supporter of Bellarmine Preparatory and St. Charles School. He is also a former YMCA Board member, Catholic Community Services Advisory Board member and Pierce College Foundation Board member. In his spare time, Mike enjoys golf and cycling.
